I REFER to the Rt Hon John Mann's recent questionnaire sent to thousands of homes throughout Bassetlaw.
I have never seen a more thinly veiled and cynical attempt at electioneering in recent history, and I question the appropriateness of monies from the public purse and the Holocaust Centre being used in this way.

Unfortunately, the questions did not include the asking for our opinion on:

The economy, the mortgage crisis and fall in house prices and increase in house repossessions, catastrophic rises in energy and water bills, Iraq, abolition of the 10p tax band, pensions, violent crime, to name but a few.

Mr Mann concludes his questionnaire by asking what we want him to do; the answer is simple Mr Mann - “along with your colleagues who have brought our country to its knees through incompetence, duplicity and spin. Just resign!”
