I AM writing to you in the hope that you can pass on a big thank you to Worksop Town Football team as I am sure they could use some favourable publicity and encouragement at the moment.
My daughter Rebecca was picked to be their team mascot last Saturday against FC United of Manchester.

She got to meet the players who looked after her wonderfully, got their autographs, played on the pitch with some, photos taken with them, a Tigers shirt to keep, buffet beforehand and treated like Royalty.

All of which cost nothing, thanks to the Supporters’ Trust sponsoring the game.

Once again, thank you, Tigers, for making dreams come true!
