THE Clowne Half Marathon takes place on Sunday at 10am, beginning at Clowne Community Centre, with a fun run at 10.05am.
You can sign up on the day, or via www.clowneroadrunners.co.uk and the race is part of the Derbyshire AAA Championships.
There is a trophy to all finishers, a licensed bar from 11am, secure baggage area, and hot and cold refreshments.
The event has been sponsored by Highland Spring, who have donated over 2,000 bottles of water.
