The 23-year-old, who has been training for over six years at Worksop NASSKC Karate and Kickboxing Club, underwent a rigorous examination of all her skills, during an intense two-day grading and training seminar in Skegness.

Sarah's next goal is to represent England in next year's ISKA World Championships.
