WORKSOP Boro started strongly against Blue Bell, and were rewarded with a goal after just four minutes.
Division One
Worksop Boro 3
Blue Bell 0
Tim Ward's bullet header made it 1-0 and Boro continued to dominate the game, going further ahead on 23 minutes.
Good work by Scott Stancil was finished off by Richard Bastow in the six-yard box.
A second-half goal from Matt Booth sealed victory for the hosts.
Man of the Match was John Watkinson.
Newcastle Arms 1
Foresters OB 4
FORESTERS started the better and it wasn't long before it was 1-0, a great strike from Thorby Coy from outside the box finding the net.
Foresters kept the pressure on and five minutes before half-time, a free-kick was tipped on to the bar but Thorbey Coy followed up to make it 2-0.
Newcastle started the second half well and 10 minutes in were awarded a penalty, which Moukey put away.
A break away from Foresters resulted in Pettinger stroking the ball past the Newcastle Arms goalkeeper.
With five minutes left, Thorby Coy got his well-deserved hat-trick, heading home.
Division Two
1861 FC 5
Woodhouse Inn 2
1861 FC returned to league action with a home victory over Woodhouse Inn.
David Dexter was untouchable in the first half, scoring a hat-trick against his old team.
Lee Stanton made it 4-0 before the break, and although Woodhouse came back with a couple of goals, Lee Bradford put the game beyond the visitors with a volley from six yards.
Division Three
Kilton Inn 1
Stanley Street 5
IT did not take long for Stanley to go 1-0 up against Kilton.
A cross from Tom Atherton on the right found an unmarked Donavan Truchet and he headed home.
The remainder of the first half was scrappy and Kilton had the better chances, only for Parry to keep them out.
Early in the second half, Kilton did make it 1-1 but this served as a wake up call to Stanley.
Five minutes later Roy Read netted from 15 yards and soon after a third was added when Atherton played Fraser Evans through and he smashed home.
Atherton got his name on the scoresheet from 25 yards to make it 4-1 and his corner was met by Glenn Lloyd to finish the scoring.
