TIGERS boss Peter Rinkcavage has seen enough – and he's ringing the changes.
After watching his side lose 2-0 at home to Kendal on Saturday and capitulate 5-0 to North Ferriby United midweek, the manager has taken action to stop the rot.

Former Alfreton Town winger Matt Glass has joined the club and two of last season's best performers are on their way out.

Burly winger Dave Cockerill and veteran defender Kevin Dawson have been placed on the transfer list, with a move looking imminent for Cockerill.
The Tigers boss told the Guardian there could be more transfer activity in the coming days.

"We've put a bid in for one player and we're waiting to hear back on that, and we're in talks for a significant signing – he's a left winger," he said.

"We've brought Matt Glass in from Shepshed, he's a very quick right winger."

"There's going to be more activity this week and players are playing for their futures here."

Rinkcavage praised the outgoing duo for their service to Worksop Town, but said the changes were necessary.

"People haven't been showing the form they showed last season."

"Both players have served the club well and they're good lads, but it's just not working for them this year."

Speaking after his slide slipped to 20th in the UniBond Premier, one point off the bottom, the manager was not in the mood for excuses.

"We have got to be better. I'm not hiding behind anything."

"We need a big turn around and it's going to be a tough five or six weeks for us."

"It's still early in the season, but we've got to get back on track," he added.

Tigers face Kendal on Saturday away from home (3pm).
